JBT&P is a safe place where teens and parents can come together to cultivate life skills and family resources, in order to build a better life for themselves. Utilizing the model of JBT Magnet Development Programming (incubators), participants will be able to matriculate within the in-house incubators; in order to stimulate creative/marketable skills that ultimately can translate into solidifying individuals goals, career paths, and opportunities for youth who have been pushed to the margins.
